I’ve been the owner of 5 assisted living homes around Phoenix, Arizona for about 6 years. The homes are collectively known as “A Paradise for Parents”. When we do have any problems or questions with Synkwise, which is rare, we reach out to the company. They get RIGHT back to us. The customer support is outstanding. Everyone in the company helps to answer our questions, including the CEO! Some of my caregivers have even had the CEO on the phone to help answer their questions!
