Our Story
Synkwise was shaped by firsthand experience. Our founders entered the industry not as software executives, but as caregivers and providers managing the day-to-day reality of residential care.
Managing day-to-day operations meant juggling spreadsheets, paper binders, and disconnected tools while trying to meet regulatory expectations and do right by residents and families.
Synkwise was created to support care communities of all sizes. Every decision since has been guided by the belief that better tools lead to better care.
