A Powerful Gathering for the Future of Assisted Living

We recently traveled to New Orleans for the Residential Assisted Living National Association Conference’s Memory Care Training, hosted by the incredible team at RAL Academy. From the moment we arrived, the energy was contagious. We connected with new faces, current customers, prospects, and future providers, all passionate about pushing the assisted living industry forward.

Real-World Insights from Industry Leaders

These training events aren’t just well-run; they’re truly led by some of the brightest minds in the field. The insights shared here can’t be found in a textbook or webinar, they come straight from the experience of those walking the walk every day.

Sharing the Synkwise Vision

As someone who spends most of their time working directly with customers, it was a privilege to share how Synkwise is making digital med tracking not only possible, but practical and powerful. In a space long ruled by paper, the appetite for meaningful tech is growing fast. The response from RAL attendees was energizing! They’re not just curious about innovation, they’re ready to embrace it.

Conversations That Matter

We had rich conversations about how the right tools can:

  • Improve medication accuracy
  • Simplify caregiver workflows
  • Communicate a commitment to exceptional care

These aren’t just operational wins, they’re signals to families and staff that a facility is forward-thinking and resident-focused.

Raising the Bar in Memory Care

My biggest takeaway? This community is serious about modernization and raising the bar. It was inspiring to see so many future providers hungry to learn, connect, and prepare their homes with solutions like ours. We left with fresh connections, great memories, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. To RAL Academy, to the attendees, and to everyone who shared a handshake or a story, thank you. You’re the ones setting a new standard, and we’re proud to be part of that journey.

Austin Dame
Director of Business Development, Synkwise

P.S. The food and hospitality were excellent, we can’t wait to head back. Hope to see new and familiar faces at the next Assisted Living Conference in Phoenix, AZ, November 12–15!
