How much does Synkwise cost?

Synkwise starts from $29 per month for 1 home and 1 resident and goes up from there based on your chosen plan and home size. If you are over 100 users, you can request a quote to get an exact price.

Which pricing plan is right for me?

We understand that each resident facility care is unique, requiring specific features to support its workflows and projects. Above you can see the features included in the different plans to support your needs. If you need help in choosing the right plan for you, reach out to our sales team.

How does our pricing work?

Our pricing model is based on 3 variables: the feature plan you’d like to use, number of homes and the number of residents on the platform. Payment is made in one upfront installment.

What if I change my mind?

If you’ve paid and need to cancel your account, you are entitled to a prorated refund. We will automatically refund you the remaining balance from your original purchase. If you have any questions, you can always reach out to support@synkwise.com

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, you will receive 10% discount for multiple homes.

How can I manage my billing?

If you are a provider, you can access your billing details under the administration panel. You can access your purchase history, invoices, payment details, plan type and more.

Can I change my plan?

You can make changes to your plan at any time by changing your plan type. To change your plan, simply go into the Administration section and click on the Subscription & Billing option. From there, click on 'change plan', pick the desired plan, and enjoy!

How secure is Synkwise?

Synkwise is using Stripe as the default payment provider. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Synkwise is not storing any payment details or customer sensitive data.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: All the major credit cards (excluding debit cards) - Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Carte Bleue, Union Pay. Feel free to reach out to support@synkwise.com for more information.
