About Synkwise

Synkwise is a rapidly growing healthcare SaaS company dedicated to improving how residential long-term care providers operate and deliver care. Our platform helps adult family homes, assisted living communities, memory care providers, and other residential care organizations simplify daily operations, strengthen compliance, and improve care quality.

We are building a mission-driven company grounded in integrity, innovation, accountability, and exceptional customer service.

About the Opportunity

Synkwise is hiring a full-time Business Development Representative focused on outbound lead generation and new business development.

This role is responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities through consistent, thoughtful, and creative outreach. You will work directly with the Director of Business Development to identify prospective customers, initiate meaningful conversations, schedule qualified product demonstrations, and help expand Synkwise into new markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced outbound sales professional who wants to take ownership of their work, contribute new ideas, and help shape a growing healthcare technology company’s sales strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Make consistent outbound calls to prospective customers across the United States
  • Conduct personalized email outreach and manage multistep outreach sequences
  • Research prospective customers and build targeted lead lists
  • Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-up activities, and opportunities within our CRM
  • Build and manage a personal pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Respond to inbound opportunities, including warm leads, referrals, and partner-generated interest
  • Develop and test creative approaches to prospecting, messaging, and lead generation
  • Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple communication channels
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development on campaigns, priorities, and performance goals
  • Use tools such as Apollo.io, Calendly, Slack, Aircall, Zoom, and other sales and outreach platforms
  • Learn the needs and challenges of residential long-term care providers
  • Represent Synkwise with professionalism, confidence, integrity, and enthusiasm
  • Occasionally travel to support conferences, industry events, networking opportunities, and other company initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or a similar role
  • A solid understanding of cold calling, email sequencing, prospect qualification, and follow-up
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and confidence communicating through virtual meetings
  • The ability to create conversations and build trust with prospective customers
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • The ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
  • Comfort working toward clear activity expectations, pipeline goals, and monthly results
  • A coachable mindset and openness to feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Creativity in developing outreach strategies and connecting with prospective customers
  • Strong judgment, integrity, reliability, and personal accountability
  • The ability to learn new technology and communicate its value clearly
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience selling healthcare technology or SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Familiarity with residential care, assisted living, long-term care, or pharmacy services is a plus

What Success Looks Like

The right candidate will already understand the fundamentals of outbound prospecting and will not require extensive coaching on the basics of cold calling, email outreach, or prospect follow-up.

Success in this role means consistently generating qualified opportunities, maintaining disciplined follow-up, contributing fresh ideas, and continuously improving your approach based on results. You will be given the freedom to experiment with outreach strategies while remaining accountable to clearly defined performance expectations.
