We recently traveled to New Orleans for the Residential Assisted Living National Association Conference’s Memory Care Training, hosted by the incredible team at RAL Academy. As someone who spends most of their time working directly with customers, it was a privilege to share how Synkwise is making digital med tracking not only possible, but practical and powerful. In a space long ruled by paper, the appetite for meaningful tech is growing fast. The response from RAL attendees was energizing! They’re not just curious about innovation, they’re ready to embrace it.
