Our quality care has improved tremendously thanks to Synkwise taking care of so many daily tasks that are required but distract us from spending time with our residents.
When we do have any problems or questions with Synkwise, which is rare, we reach out to the company. They get RIGHT back to us. The customer support is outstanding. Everyone in the company helps to answer our questions, including the CEO! Some of my caregivers have even had the CEO on the phone to help answer their questions!
