Digital products
- For cancellations, please submit your request exclusively through email at support@synkwise.com.
- Refunds for digital product subscriptions can be requested within 7 days of the original purchase. A 5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Subscriptions with dormant or inactive status are not eligible for refunds.
- Any requests for cancellations or subscription downgrades will be processed immediately as per the date of the request. Retroactive requests related to previous dates for the purpose of securing a refund are not permissible.
